I am also in e-mail conversations with the director of Women/Gender Studies in Croatia and Lithuania for a colloborative project for a summer insitute to be held in the Balkans (most likely Lithuania) dealing with "Women in Post Communist Societies (I am seeking a grant from the Ford Foundation on this)." Then of course there is my collaboration with the director of women's studies at the University of Havana, Cuba for a summer institute tenatively titled "Women In Latin American Socialism and Transitions to Democracy."
