Counsel for War Crimes (except the Secretary General and International Military Tribunals) is authorized one member on the Board of Governors. This member is to be duly elected by the employees of OCCWC, Mr Alexander Hardy has been representing OCCWC as a temporary member until such time as an elected member can assume the duties of this office. 2. A "'-allot Fox for the purpose of electing a, member of OCCwC for the В о ard of Governors will be placed at the entrance to the Courthouse Caftcria at 0900 hours, Monday, 20 September 1948. The Ballot Box will remain in this location until 1400 hours, Friday, 24 September 1948. Employees of OCCWC should place the name of their choice as a representative on the -card of Governors in this Ballot Box. The employee receiving the highest number of the votes will represent the Office Chief of Counsel for War Crimes as a member of the hoard of Governors for the Club Counsel, Nurnberg Military Post. The interpretation is that material within the palace of Justice, used ^directly or indirectly in the preparation and presentation of the case is consider-J id as official files. This material will not be removed without proper authority, i, — . — — ними 90 PAYMENT 0F_BILLS: It is the desire of the Dost Commander that all person¬ nel pay their bills by the tenth (lOth)of the following month. The names of the people who do not pay by the tenth (10th) of the month will be reported to the Post Commander for his information. As of noon the twentieth (20th) of the follow¬ ing month, all unpaid accounts are delinquent and according to AR 35-6660, no further charge will be made to the individual concerned. Failure to receive a bill is not accepted as an excuse for non-payment of bills (Adm Div) 10. RBNTAL_PAY|ffiNTS_: Rent is due and payable in Room 405, Nurnberg Shopping Center on or before the tenth (lOth) of each month for all dependent type quarters and class III and IV civilians. (US and Allied Civilians paid from non— appropri¬ ated funds). Rent can be paid either in Military Payment Certificates or Postal Money Order drawn payable to the Treasurer of the United States. All rental accounts not settled by the tenth (10th) of each month will he reported to the Adjutant , Nurnberg Military Post and accounts not settled by the 20th of each month will be reported to the Office of Chief of Finance, EUCOM as delinquent accounts. Proper use of penalty mailing-correction: Effective immediately penalty mailing envelopes will not be used for inter-office communication, for filing containers, nor for personal correspondence. b. The prohibition of the use of penalty material on items addressed within the European Command and MTO USA, is rescinded. The penalty indicia must appea.r on all envelopes, labels, wrappers, cards and forms if deposited in AFO's for free transmission within the Army Postal Service. The word "OFFICIAL" either hand printed or written in . ink must appear in the upper right hand corner beneath the penalty indicia. 3. It has been brought to the attention of this office that many people here have not filled out change of address cards. Until these cards are filled, the post office is not responsible for your mail. Fill these cards out when you arrive, or leave this A~0. This is to help you to receive your mail sooner.
